For best results, use cast iron on a low to medium heat. For cooking, Eetrite recommends heat resistant nylon or wooden kitchen tools. Avoid cutting onto the enamel surface with knives or metal utensils. Never place a hot casserole or pan directly onto an unprotected surface. Always use a glove when handling as the handles get very hot durning cooking. Cast iron may chip or break when dropped against a hard surface. The Eetrite cast iron cookware can be used on all heat sources, however, when using on any glass stovetops, always follow the manufacturers instructions for use of your cookware.
